Fill out this form, include your name in the box, then send in your Laptop, MacBook or PC to the address provided at the bottom of this page. We will provide you with an estimate after we’ve received it. Once we receive your device we will email you a ticket number. You do not have to pay until the service is complete.

How much does it cost?
Most repairs can be completed for $100 or less (excluding hardware costs). If the cost will exceed $100, we always provide a free estimate and wait for your approval before moving forward.
If you have tried to repair it yourself and failed in a manner that will make our tech’s life harder, contact us before sending it in as free estimate may not apply. We may still be able to help you.
How much is return shipping?
Shipping costs vary by device and can cost anywhere from $20-45 depending on size and weight. Some gaming computers weigh over 50lbs and are expensive to ship. If your packaging cannot be re-used, we may have to charge an additional $10-15 for a new box and packing material.
How long will you have my device?
Typical shipping time is 2-3 days from most parts of the country to us. Once we receive your device, we’ll perform an evaluation and update you on our findings and provide an ETA on the repair. Most devices can be repaired same or next day, we will ship it back to you on the first business day following your payment.
DO NOT SEND US A BOX OR CHARGER THAT YOU WANT BACK!!!
Boxes get recycled, the box you send is may not be the box your device is returned to you in. Please do not ship power adapters, cords, dongles or accessories. We have universal chargers, Mac chargers and power cords for all PCs. Any accessories you send to us will be tossed in a donation bin. We do not have enough square footage to store boxes and accessories for all of the devices we repair.

Please ship your device to our store location, but only after you’ve filled out the mail-in repair form.
