Q: Is there an easy way find answers to my questions
on my computer?
A: Aside from looking up answers on the internet,
you can also use the built in Windows Help.
Go to Start -> Help.
Q: How do I find out what version a program is, like
Internet Explorer?
A: Click on the 'Help' menu, select 'About
Q: How can I Set or Change my Password in
Windows 2000 or XP?
A: Click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel ->
double click on 'User Accounts'. Select your username
from the list and click 'Reset Password'
Q: Why is there a guide on reinstalling Windows 98
and not ME,2000 or XP?
A: Basically, Microsoft does not provide support for
Windows 98 anymore. The guide is more for
educational purposes. If you need your operating
system re-installed, give us a call.
